Welcome to SAMVAD. Shalini Mehra ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-assisted preparation guides for mindful employee and leadership conversations through the web application at samvad.purebeing.eu (the "App" or "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully — they govern your use of the Services.
International audience & language. SAMVAD is offered worldwide in German and English; the English version is binding in case of discrepancy. By using the Services you confirm sufficient understanding to give informed consent.
By using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You may use the Services only if you are 18 or older and capable of forming a binding contract. You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account or subscribing.
SAMVAD provides frameworks, knowledge modules, and AI-generated conversation guides intended for leadership development, personal reflection, and conversation preparation.
The Services do not constitute and are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, HR, financial, or coaching advice. Guides are inspirational drafts produced by AI based on your input; you remain solely responsible for any decision or action you take in or after a conversation.
Outputs may contain inaccuracies. Review them critically before use and adapt them to your specific context.
Fees and Billing
SAMVAD offers access via a paid subscription. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders, handles all customer service inquiries related to billing, and processes returns. "Paddle" will appear as the seller on your bank or credit card statement. By initiating a transaction you authorise Paddle to charge your provided payment method on our behalf. Refunds are handled by Paddle in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before the next renewal.
Cancellation
Cancel anytime through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting connect@purebeing.eu. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We aim to keep the Services available and reliable but do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, your payment fails, your use creates a security, fraud, or legal risk, or we are required by law. Where reasonable we will give prior notice and an opportunity to remedy.
All content within SAMVAD — frameworks, knowledge modules, prompt templates, texts, graphics, logos, and images — is the exclusive property of Shalini Mehra and is protected by Austrian and international copyright laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal or internal professional use. You may use guides generated for you in your own professional context but may not resell, sublicense, or publish them as a paid product or service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shalini Mehra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, intent, personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction for disputes is the competent courts in Schwaz, Tyrol, Austria. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
