This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for SAMVAD subscriptions.

1. Merchant of Record

All purchases made through SAMVAD are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, tax compliance, and initial refund requests on our behalf.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your SAMVAD subscription at any time.

• How to cancel: through the Paddle customer portal (link in your subscription confirmation email) or by contacting connect@purebeing.eu.
• Access after cancellation: you retain access until the end of your current paid billing period.
• No partial refunds: we do not provide prorated refunds for unused time within an active billing cycle.

3. Refund Requests

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases.

• 14-day window (initial purchase): request a full refund within 14 days of your initial order if you are not satisfied.
• Renewals: automatic renewals are generally non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Cancel at least one day before renewal to avoid being charged.
• How to request: visit paddle.net or contact connect@purebeing.eu with your order details.
• Processing: approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to the original payment method.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of contract under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (FAGG) and Directive 2011/83/EU.

Because SAMVAD provides immediate access to digital content upon successful payment, this statutory right of withdrawal expires as soon as performance has begun, provided you (a) expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and (b) acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. This consent is obtained by Paddle during checkout. Our voluntary 14-day money-back guarantee (Section 3) goes beyond and applies independently of the statutory right.

5. Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory rights under applicable Austrian and EU consumer protection laws.
